2. Can I have a meeting with my Clients, carry out recruitment conversations or have a training in OmniOffice?

Of course, where else would You rather do it than in Your own office. We offer You conference rooms which are adapted for various kinds of meetings. As an Owner of Virtual Office in OmniOffice you gain 15% discount for booking conference rooms. During Your Meetings we guarantee You a coffee service and back office.

3. Does having the Virtual Office have an impact on the fiscal control?

Having the Virtual office doesn’t have any impact on the results and frequency of carried out fiscal controls by Internal Revenue Service. What matters is the specification of the given business, what is more, carried out controls in You Contractors businesses also matter. Fiscal Control is carried out in places where the accounting documents are kept. If you point your accounting office as a place for storage accounting documents, any tax controls will take place there.

4. Do you receive registered correspondence addressed to Our company?

According to Your decisions we can:

  • receive registered correspondence;
  • collect dispatch notice instead of registered correspondence;
  • It is also possible to instruct us to collect dispatch notices instead of registered correspondence temporarily, in order not to trigger any terms or proceedings during your holidays.
5. Do all my correspondence gets opened and scanned by OmniOffice?

In a situation when we receive Your correspondence we act in a given manner:

  • We are opening and scanning all correspondence without asking.
    or:
  • Each time We send You an information on new correspondence, in which included are information about th sender is, receiving date and information on the type of the correspondence (package, letter, registered letter). We also attach a link that creates a scan order when clicked.
6. How do You take care of incoming phone calls to my company?

If You have selected an option with phone number, we dedicate to You a stationary phone with a local number and this phone can be configured in two ways:

  • As Your main phone number, operated by our reception. Receptionists will take care of incoming phone calls in accordance to your guidelines.
  • As Your backup phone number- instead of voice mailbox. This option requires changes in call forwarding configuration done by Your Operator.
7. Can OmniOffice help me with forming new company or business?

Yes, we will help you with the formalities related to the company’s founding, and we can also offer ready-made shelf companies.

8. How can I sign the agreement?

There are 3 ways for creating an agreement with OmniOffice for Virtual Office:

  • In person – in one of ours offices.
  • By post.
  • Using the on-line transaction form.
9. I am an entrepreneur who is planning to to set up a business, can I sign the agreement before making an entry in the National Court Register?

Yes, if the agreement will be signed by future owner of the company You will need:

  • only NIP number

If the agreement will be signed by proxy

  • the power of attorney from the owner of the company will be needed. In addition to this, Client is obligated to deliver extract from CIDG immediately after the registration.
10. What documents are needed to finalize the agreement if you already have established a business?

Extract from CEIDG is not needed – we can always print it out in office but You should remember your NIP number to easily find the entry.

11. What documents are needed to finalize the agreement for Virtual Office if you run a company with limited liability or joint stock company?
  • Extract from the National Court Register or in the case of concluding an agreement in the S24 system, you need to print out a document from the service S24;
  • In a situation where an agreement is signed by a person other than the representation of the company, power of attorney from the person entitled is needed or a resolution giving the right to represent the company.
12. What documents are needed to finalize the agreement if my company is in the process of organization?
  • The articles of association with the indicated representation.
  • If the contract did not specify, a document showing representation (power of attorney or resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders).
13. What institutions and public bodies will be relevant for the location of my company?
